Screening & Discussions
This public discussions will begin by screening the short videos produced in the How-To workshop. These short instructional videos made by local artists thematically address local socio-political and cultrural issues in a formet which is both homourous and serious, directed at imparting basic necessary information for navigating through Bulgarian life.
Local experts and practitioners will comment on these local artists appproaches and on the topic of sharing information and messages and on the effectiveness of various modes of communication to do so.
The discussion will also be opened to public commentary on the works and ideas presented.
