Videos to be completed in 20 days, by March 24th, 2006
Local artists, under the age of 35, are invited to produce short video addressing the cultural and socio-political situation in Bulgaria. The videos to be produced will be made in Instructional/How-to format. On Saturday, March 4th the project will be introduced to the participating artists. The works will be screened during the project seminar in April 1st, 2006.
A how-to is an informal, often short, description of how to accomplish some specific task. They are generally meant to help non-experts and may be greatly simplified from an overall discussion of the topic. In this instructional medium procedural knowledge is imparted.
